If you grew up in Texas or anywhere in the Midwest, cowboy boots are probably a state of mind- not a trend- but that doesn't mean that the rest of us (this NYC gal included!) can't rock them just the same. What I love about today's cowboy boots is that they go with everything from jeans to cut offs and tights to sweater dresses and leggings. They're even more rock 'n' roll than the traditional cowboy style. In the country or on city streets, these low and studded styles are on my A-list!
